This was the name of the third ruler of Culhuacan; he ruled for eighteen years in the thirteenth century; he was a son of the Tezozomoctli who also ruled Culhuacan; he was also a son-in-law of Moteuczomatzin Xocoyotl (the younger). Coxcoxtli and his brother Chiquiyotzin were killed in Mexico "when all the offering priests were killed as there was singing and dancing, as they danced in the courtyard of Huitzilopochtli's temple. The Spaniards cut their hands off and trampled over them."

One named Izquitecatl tequihua Chichimecatl, an ordinary Mexica, a resident of Chapultepec, asked for her and took her.
