eloquiltic tletlematzin.

Headword:
eloquiltic tletlematzin.
Principal English Translation:

a medicinal drink made from maize and herbs, said to cure measles in some cases (see attestations)

Attestations from sources in English:

Eloquiltic seems to be an adjectival form based on elotl (elote in Spanish), a green ear of corn on the plant, and quilitl, any of a variety of green plants of the type used for salads. Tlemaitl is a sort of ladle to carry fire in and probably could refer to a ladle or spoon more generally. The words refer to specific herbs used for a variety of purposes.
