Frances Karttunen:

NEPANŌHUILIĀ vt to pile something up / lo amontona (Z) [(1)Zp.191]. In the Spanish-to-Nahuatl side of Z, NEPANOĀ is given instead of NEPANŌHUILIĀ. This may not be derived from the verb NEPANOĀ but from NEPANŌ-TL and -HUIĀ. In either case the vowel of the third syllable should be long but is not so marked in the single attestation. See NEPANOĀ.
