Attestations from sources in English: 

The xocoyolli and the xoxocoyolli are the same plant, according to the Florentine Codex (Book 11, f. 137v). The DFC keywording team calls it the woodsorrel. The Nahuatl text says that it is sour but edible whether raw or cooked in a pot.
