AQUĪTIĀ caus. AQU(I) AQU(I) pret: AC to enter, to fit in / contener, entrar en un lugar (S) In the phrase AQUI IN TŌNATIUH the sense is ´for the sun to set.´ AQU(I) has two alternative nonactive forms, ACOHUA and AQUĪHUA, the second of which it apparently shares with AQUIĀ. AQUĪHUA is given with AQU(I) on Tp.108 and with AQUIĀ on Tp.140. The preterit form of this verb contrasts in vowel length with with ĀC ´(one) who; who?´
