Frances Karttunen:

TZŌLOĀ vt narrow, compress, tighten something / estrechar o enangostar algo (M) This is indirectly attested in the sources for this dictionary. Although the vowel of the first syllable of this item is not marked long in the attestations of TZOTZŌLOĀ, it is supported by the forms TLATZŌLIHUI, TLATZŌLCĀN ‘constricted place’ and TZŌLTIC ‘something narrow, constricted.’
