–CIHUĀNACAYŌ. necessarily possessed form one's female genitals / vulva, vagina (S) [(I)CF.83r]. M has ciuanacayo 'weak, effeminate man,' which probably represents CIHUĀNACAYOH. S gives this with an absolutive suffix, but C has it only in possessed form. See CIHUĀ-TL, NAC(A)-TL.
