Frances Karttunen:

HUĒIHCĀYŌ-TL greatness of station and dignity / grandeza de estado y dignidad (M) [(1)Cf.53v]. In the same gramatical discussion C gives OHUIHCĀYŌ-TL ‘difficulty and danger’ derived from OHUIH ‘something difficult,’ in both cases with a glottal stop followed by –CĀ-, implying a deverbal derivation. See HUĒ(I), -YŌ.
