ĀNTICAH to be at a certain distance / estar algo lejos el lugar, o haber buen trecho hasta él (M for achica onantica) [(3)Bf.1r,4v]. This progressive form is built from the stem and the verb CĀ linked by the ligature –TI-. CĀ is a preterit-as-present verb with alternate preterit singular forms CAH~CATQUI- *ĀN or *ĀM, the main verb stem here, is otherwise unattested. It is always prefixed with the directional ON- to yield the alternate forms ONĀNTICAH~ONĀNCATQUI. See CĀ.
