There is a San Nicolás Cencalacohuayan in the Huexotzinco orbit of Puebla. See the Matrícula de Huexotzinco, f. 590 verso, forward. The glyph for this Calacohuayan looks something like the ball court glyph on f. 501 verso. Was this town known for its ball court? Or is the glyph a representation of an entryway, which is part of the name?

The locative suffix -yan only combines with a verb, not a noun. Calacohuayan is also a place name.
