Frances Karttunen:
ĪXTI postposition in all of a certain number of parts or from all of a certain number of directions / en ambas partes (C in construction with ‘two’), en todas diez partes (C in construction with ‘ten’) [(Cf.91r,91v,92v]. This enters into more complex constructions than an ordinary postposition. It requires a possessive prefix, a number, an either –CĀN or TLAPAL; ĪĒXCĀNIXTI ‘in all three places,’ ĪŌNTLAPALIXTI ‘on both sides.’ The TI is possibly a lexicalized instance of plural –TIN that has lost the final N.
