(Wimmer 2004, cited in the Gran Diccionario Náhuatl) = temple dedicated to the god Tlamatzincatl: captives and slaves were killed there by ending the feast of the month of quecholli. The monastery in which the ministers attached to the service of the temple lived was called 'Tlamatzinco calmecac' (Sah., Clav.).
