Attestations from sources in English:

Not all the orthographic variants have been attested yet.

James Lockhart (personal communication) states that ixquich should not always be translated simply as all. It can mean an equal amount or a certain amount -- as in the surrender of Tenochtitlan, when a lot of people came out on the causeway. On getting to land they did not all go one way, and all go another -- rather, some went one way and some the other. Or, an equal number went each way.

Attestations from sources in Spanish:

caxtolpa ixquich = quince veces otro tanto
Rémi Siméon, Diccionario de la lengua náhuatl o mexicana (Mexico: Siglo XXI, 1988), xlix.
