MO particle which combines with negative particles to form AHMO ‘no, not, ' AOCMŌ ‘no longer,’ AYAMŌ ‘not yet,’ etc. MŌ can serve as a negative particle on its own in questions expressing doubt; in such a context MŌ is synonymous with AHMŌ, and MŌNEL is synonymous with AHMŌ NEL(Cf.121v).
