CŌCŌYEHUALOĀ vrefl to coil / se enrozca (T) [(1)Tp.147]. The derivation of this is opaque. Despite the absence of L, the sense seems to call for CŌL ‘something twisted’ as an element. The second element is probably YAHUALOĀ ‘to go around something’ with T´s characteristic substitution of E for A.
