QUECHTAMALAYOH-TLI tumor of the neck / bocio (Z) [(2)Zp.20,184). In one of the attestations Z has the first and fourth syllables of TAMALAYOH long, and in the other the second and third, but on the basis of M's tamalayutli meaning a type of squash, it appears that the constituents of this compound are indeed TAMAL-LI and AYOH-TLI and that there are no long vowels at all.
